The purpose of this feedback form is to gather information from current/prospective users of CommsDepot.com during beta testing, prior to public launch. By participating in this survey, you understand and agree that your participation is voluntary and you may, at any time, refuse to take part in the survey. You may request that your survey submission be deleted at any time, however once your answers are submitted, we retain the right to keep the specific feedback information in our workflow for product/service improvement. We will only delete the submission from within Gravity Forms.

There is no cost to you, and you will not gain any material benefit for your participation in this survey. However, your participation will greatly improve the user experience on CommsDepot.com. The answers to this survey will be stored and processed via Google Forms and with/on/thru information systems owned/operated by CommsDepot.com and Off Grid WX LLC (owning entity). At no time will we share your name, IP address or any other personally-identifiable information without your explicit consent to parties outside of Off Grid WX LLC or the contracted web development agencies involved in the CommsDepot.com website. All information provided by you will be kept in confidentiality.
